Our Company:
Ellen Kramer Consulting (EKC) is based in Berkeley, California. We provide medical and legal consulting services to a wide range of clients regionally and, through a network of similarly qualified affiliates, nationally. Our clients include law firms, lawyers, insurers, employers and others involved in the litigation, settlement or management of personal injury and complex medical cases.
EKC was founded in 1997 by Ellen Joy Kramer, RN, BA, CCM, CLNC, CNLCP, and has been in continuous operation since its inception. Ms. Kramer serves as President of the company and actively manages and oversees all operations and services.
EKC’s mission is to provide thorough, objective, and cost-effective technical consulting, life care planning, legal nurse consulting, and case management services in the areas of personal injury, medical and nursing malpractice, general negligence, toxic and environmental torts, products liability, workers compensation, criminal, and other cases where health, illness or injury is an issue.
